hello,
i want to convert this proposal to flash animation and with some basic action script codes.
this is the narrative voice-over animation with some basic action script code for interactivity.
we will provide the story texts and the scenes images with objects all in illustrator file. but for voice over there are plenty online site where you can add texts and get the sounds. but the voices should be natural. computer sound type are not accepted. you can record your own sounds.
also you need to add the background sound with sound effects for this animation.
i will give you the cartoon animated film for this story which already created, that way you can get sense of, what type of background sound and sound effects you need.
