Description: - we want to create Application where User can manage Properties maintenance of all his properties.
• Here we will allow users to manage own properties maintenance business.
• User will be allowed to add his own employee and own customers to system to manage complete business with permission restrictions.
• Main module of Projects are-
o Manage Employee WITH EMPLOYEE PERMISSIONS
o Manage Customers LIST
o manage Properties
o manage Fields of Properties (he can create/edit forms to add Properties)
o Property Groups management (create group of property name where property will be grouped to differentiate WITH RELEATED TO Customer or area)
o Manage/create Task List (task related to property Maintenance example – Cleaning, Coloring, Electric fitting etc.)
o manage task Completion status and flow (Completed, Done, In progress etc, refer Zoho bug tracking task status)
o Assign tasks to Employees
o View task Pending Reports
o view task completion reports
o mobile app for User/Employee to perform tasks and add Properties
o upload properties using Spreadsheet or excel
o in each task user has to mark it as completed, Pending, done, with photo proof and Location GPS.
o GPS tracking in mobile app to locate real-time location of User
we are looking to hire Dedicated developer/team who can build this complete project in a week time, also has experienced in .Net SQL with AngularJS , and Mobile app in ionic
Note:- Project must be developed such way that it can be hosted in 2 separate server where API on separate server and front end on separate server
