Create a simple ratings directive for Angular.js 1.5

I need an Angular.js directive created that will do the following: - Directive can be used multiple times on the same page without conflict (encapsulated) - Accept an object of rating weight scores, names, image srcs - Should have a read-only mode - Use Angular 1.5 Example: We're at a restaurant and want to review a dinner dish. The review panel has three sections: - Taste - Presentation - Overall Taste and Presentation rates on a scale 1-5, represented by 5 stars. Overall rates on a scale of 1-2, represented by thumbs up/down images. Logged in user will be able to rate, logged out/unknown users see read-only. Another review panel exists on the sidebar allowing users to rate the restaurant itself.
