Solid android and IOS team

We are developing a big project unfortunately due to false commitment of freelancers , i fall into big problem and now project got delayed , however team is working but i am not satisfied , so i am looking for solid team now who can give us full time working and can achieve result in short time , we have back to back big project only i dont have solid team . right now i need : IOS Team : 1 for short video sharing module 1 for ad management module 1 for messnger Android Team : 1. Team For messenger 1 for ad management Project Manager : must be excellent in coding and managing project only indian apply for smooth communication write at top " 79+37 =" so i can understood you have not copy paste job . thanks
