1 slide of UI connected to mobile ad ecosystem

Hello we are looking for an iOS or android developer who can make 1 slide of a user interface with 1 button on it that says "press."
Once the button is pressed, a video or picture ad should play. This ad should be connected to an ecosystem of ads (for example Admob). We want to experiment this, see how it works and see how much money one can obtain from the click.
And then perhaps subsequent tasks after this.
