I want a game like "casino" (all in one gambling app) or "diamond capsa susun" to be build for me. You can search in google playstore to get the idea about the game I want.

The game should be editable by me (e.g arrangement, update, event, promotion, colour, tournament etc.) And have in-app purchase (I can also change the item price anytime)

I need tutorial or manual on how to do the update in the future.

Please don't bid cheap price if you are going to ask for much higher price later.
