Send SMS through mobile SIM

We want SDK which will be integrated in our mobile application for sending the SMS by using a sim card inserted in the mobile device. Steps a) Our application will consume the internal SDK and pass the sender mobile number and SMS. b) the SDK should use the GSM sim server to post the SMS in sequence. c) In case of concurrent request, the SDK should hold the request in the local storage and trigger the SMS without losing the request. d) In the case of network slippage, SDK should hold the SMS request in the offline storage and trigger the message when the mobile get the network.
