Open file explorer from react native app + Scan QR image from gallery

Task:

When a person receives a QR code image via WhatsApp, Email, etc, it gets saved in the user's phone's Image Gallery.

What we want is, the user should click on 'Select from Gallery' .. choose the QR image, and then the app should scan it.
