New Android OS build from stock ROM - Nabi Big Tab 20

I have a stock ROM from the Fuhu Nabi Big Tab 20 (NV20A) which last had KitKat. I would like a new, generic, plain version of any modern Android OS compiled that will allow all devices to work (camera, network, correct screen resolution, sound, etc.) I can supply all files from the stock image if that will help with device trees and drivers. Current tablets are rooted and have TWRP loaded.
