Looking for a custom IOS / Android App

I'm looking for a mobile app for both devices where a person would create an account and then choose a list of categories to follow. When they access the app, it would show them a list of the most recent articles from the categories they chose to follow.
No user should be able to view any articles without being signed in.
They can change the categories they want to follow at any time. They can also bookmark specific articles to quickly view in a separate tab.
Each article will have external links which should open external websites within the app.
When users arrive to an article, they can 'react' to it (like, heart, wow, angry, haha) or they can leave a comment or reply to other comments that have already been left. They should also be able to mention other users using the @ sign, like Facebook allows.
They can also share the article on social media/email/text, etc. using their devices built in share functionality.
They should also receive push notifications when a new article is uploaded in a category they are following, or when someone replies to/mentions them in a comment.
Basically looking for an app where a community can read articles and start a discussion about the article in the comments.
The app should connect to a WordPress website and use the WordPress API to automatically pull content and categories from WordPress.
I don't have any requirements regarding programming language.
