Create a jenkinsfile (pipeline) for Android build.

Pipeline should have compile,test(bundletool),package(.aab/.apk),delivery(jfrog artifactory),deploy(app store,google play store, static analysis,code coverage, notifications(slack/email) stages. Have to use cli or api. No jenkins plugins.

Attached is the shell script that is currently use to build the bundle.
