Facebook app for iPhone and Android

Hi.. I need a simple 2 screen android and a iOS mobile app that connects to facebook and can create a 7 page pdf document or report. Pdf will have content with languages other than English ( mostly Chinese) but this is not a huge problem as I don't know how to read or write Chinese either, Just be able to copy paste or handle chinese scripts. I have the code written for android by 2 independent developers. 1) I need to test the code and upload it to Google play store OR integrate the code into one single app OR just upload it as 2 separate apps if it can't be integrated. There are 2 minor bugs that need to be fixed but that is optional. Cost $100 2)If you are able to do this, then I will award you another project worth $300. This project will just duplicate the earlier android code into iOS. Budget is fixed at $75 -$100. So please DO-NOT waste your time bidding for this project if your bidding price is higher. Good technical knowledge about facebook login screen, andriod, iOS SDK and pdf layout/pdf document creation is absolutely necessary for this project. Previous experience in the same TECHNOLOGIES preferable. Time is not a constraint. Budget is.
