What I need done : I want a custom rom made to install on my android phone , I want it to require pgp, 24/7 forced Vpn, I don't want the camera to be accessible , tor browser permanently downloaded. Proton mail permanently downloaded. I want it that if I type the passcode in wrong of a maximum of 3 times the phone will automatically reset and erase all data, a fake Mac address , wickr permanently downloaded . A vault for photos/documents that is encrypted.

I can help you in installling custom rom, but I should know which device you're using, custom roms can only be prepared for Snapdragon processor based device mainly (Exynos is OK.) Relevant Skills and Experience You get lot of features in custom roms, also freedom to customize the device, with improved speed in the user interface. But I should know which device you own?
