Build me a simple App to control Phone Backlight

PLEASE READ - Dont waste time, only Bid if you can complete the App today.

Hi, first of all this app will be running at a Phone with Android system.

The reason is when i am using Telerivet and the phone stay awake always (Screen brightness always on), if the phone goes standby then Telerivet will not work well.

I need to have a function or button (Stay on top of the screen) that i can turn off the LCD backlight and don't put the phone into standby mode. When i wanna use the phone again i just have to press the On/Off button or Volume button and the screen will come back. (Sometime i will use Teamviewer to connect to the phone)
