Build me an app

I'm currently a student based in India. And I came up with an idea for an app which is currently required mostly by teenagers ,the idea goes like this:- If a person has a crush on their school mate or colleague. And think that the person they like also does or will in the future like them back ,then instead of delaying or not saying anything at all ,they can simply add the name of that person on their crush list and describe why they like that person . When the person you like has you on their crush list ,we send you both each others messages of why they like each other as a positive conversation starter. The user interface should be easy to understand and self explanatory . The app needs a place where they can enter the person the like and the reason why they like them and other information like email,insta I'd , no. Etc so that we can verify the person matched. The app would need a home section, profile section and crush list section.
