Essential Skills - English and Native Brazilian Portuguese (both written and spoken). A good understanding of both Android and iOS mobile apps.
1) Customer support
This involves responding to customer emails via our support software. Respond to all reviews on the App Store & Play Store. This is a daily task which would take around 2-3 hours per day. We will provide all the necessary support for this role. Software training will be provided and regular [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions -Section 13:Communication With Other Users]. All communication with users is written (no phone-calls are required).
2) Ad-hoc translations
We are constantly improving the App and adding/changing features so help with translations is required. These requests are normally very short and should take about 30 minutes a week in total.
