Android Proof of Concept (PoC) detect if u are close a area (Place) or in the place

Only GPS/Maps Experts (not genral apps) Ure android phone, should detect when u are 1km of and address (area of a place). Also when u are at 100 meters, and when u are in the place. When u are close, use lower use of battery (not drain it), and when u are really close the place, needs to use high accuracy to be sure when u enters and when u go out the most specific u can (always trying to not drain all the battery, so been optimized). With really low error meters, and not using to much battery (normal drein of it). This is proof of concept, if u do well, i will give u more works. This is just a test, not needs to look fancy, or incredible UI, just testing if u can do the function needed. *If u have something similar to show, will be appreciated.
