This project is for a native Android app.

The application will be used to sign documents and upload them to a remote server, and also to take batches of photos that are assigned to an id (barcode) and upload those as well. The program must be able to read a 3 of 9 Barcode and preferably also CODE128. The remote server will use SFTP for the file transfers and be configurable.

This needs to work while offline.

Source code a requirement. This will not be an app in a store but something installed through an .apk on the device. The program needs to be installed on our server once completed, we can do this but need instructions and the code to do this, there cannot be any external reliance.
