This application is to enable health care proffessionals and all people to send reports about adverse drug reactions . It includes feilds and options to be selected and filled and should be sent to known email .I hope I can find proffessional developer who can make the application as shown in uploaded word file with additional coloring and arrangments to be in good look . The application should be available at play store and apple store to be downloaded and installed . I can edit and update application every time i want . There is a word file attached which show the shape and details of the application .The application is in english and arabic language . I will be in contact with any body who can make this app to explain every thing in the app so that i can get the app as i want .
