Real estate site | Back End Development

This is my site: http://www.cdrenyc.com//
I want to create a form for someone to be able to fill out to tell us what they're looking for. We do a lot of commercial leasing so this would largely be for people looking for office, retail, or industrial space.........If you look at the top of the site you'll see our phone and email listed to the right, and then to the left are our social media icons........I would like this tab to be in the middle, and would be red and say something like:
CUSTOM COMMERCIAL SEARCH REPORT
tell us what you're looking for
It doesn't have to say exactly that, and I know the less words the better, but something along these lines. And then they'd click on it and it would take them to an online form to fill out that lists the search criteria, company info, and contact info.
And then if you scroll down the front page you'll see 6 boxes LISTINGS, OFFICE SUITES, LUXURY CONDOS, NEW DEVELOPMENTS, and NEWS RESOURCES........I would probably want to replace the top middle box with a GIF that also shows the same message and is also the CUSTOM COMMERCIAL SEARCH REPORT........
And any time that someone did any type of commercial lease search in which we didn't have any listings that matched their criteria it default to bringing them to the CUSTOM COMMERCIAL SEARCH REPORT form to fill out to tell us what they're looking for.
Is this something you could do? Do you have an estimate for this job?
