Help setting up an Amazon account to sell an EPub/MoBi version of a 50 page PDF.
I have a 50 page pdf converted to mobi and EPub3 & Mobi. And want to promote it online as digital download - via amazon and Kindle.
I need UK (ONLY) BASED help in how to do this and perhaps how to add a discount voucher code. This is probably a half days consulting with so written instructions then followed up by a 'TeamViewer' type of session.
