CLI Tool for measuring the maximum TCP throughput of EC2 Instances

Need to create a tool for measuring the maximum TCP throughput achievable between 2 EC2 instances (within a VPC).

The tool should be able to;

-> Input the AWS account credentials to use

-> select EC2 instance type,

-> start the test

-> after the test finishes, get a report of maximum throughput achieved
