AWS and Java help - need urgent plzz

Hello There, Design a simple model where we trigger DB changes and push it on to the AWS queues, and from there push to some other database using an existing service. To do this, what are the necessary credentials or permissions I might need. I was told that I wont get AWS console access. I just have SQS URL Thanks
