WHO WE NEED We are a two-person startup, and we are now at the stage where we are putting all of our ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS in place: Xero for accounting, Australia Post and DHL for shipping, Alibaba, Aliexpress and Banggood for purchasing wholesale goods, and about 50 more. YOUR SKILLS Fluent English. You will need to read and navigate websites with accuracy and intelligence. That means understanding every word you read, and being about to follow complex, multi-step instructions Problem-solving: Opening some accounts will be easy (Open an Alibaba Account) and opening others will be more challenging (become a Vodafone Business Partner). Financially-literate: You will have to seek out resources and contacts, find the right forms, fill in the forms using bank, tax and corporate information we give you. HOURS We think about 10-20 hours per week for 4 weeks will be required. It is likely that other jobs will be added if the work is of good quality, and you would have the option of accepting a longer-term assignment.
