Converting files from xml format to owl format:

I have a set of XML files which represent websites ontologies that need to be converted from XML to OWL ( Web Ontology Language) for reasoning purposes. By the way I have converted these files before from XML to OWL from online websites for free, however , the converted files can not be reasoned by using for the famous reasoners such as Protege or RaserPro. Because, these websites convert only the structure without transferring the contained data into the new OWL file and this caused the reasoner (Protégé or RaserPro) to be able to explore the structure of the file, but it is not able to perform reasoning process because data are needed. Is there any body able to convert these files (“[login to view URL]”) from XML to OWL that contained data beside structure as soon as possible please? Urgent!!!!!!! Important Notice!!! : Please Check the “[login to view URL]” file which contains an example of file in xml format and how this file will become after converting to owl format, and this what I want you to do with the attached files.
