custom vBulletin template

Hello GAF'ers, Description: We are looking to work closely with an experienced individual or team of website designers (STRONGLY PREFERRED) to design a vbulletin template. The look will need to be based off of the look of our current homepage (which is still under construction). A picture of the homepage template you will work off of can be found below. You will be given the .css, images and [login to view URL] to work off of, so you won't need to start from scratch. You will also be given the link to the homepage so that you may have access to the actual work, if needed. Requirements: -Must have an extensive background in web design -Over the age of 18 -Have a strong portfolio (Must have! Do NOT bid if you don't have one) -Strong communication and Constant Follow-ups We will work close with the individual or team taking on this job via yahoo or msn messenger. From there, we can discuss in depth how the design should look. Payment Notes: 2 payments of the total amount will be made through escrow. Once first task is completed, the first installment will be cleared and the 2nd after the project is done.
