convert 50 png or psd file to html

this is the second time i open this project last time the provider failed to do it the most concern for me is the work then the time i will give you a psd file or png as you want and only want html of it all words there should be not images as some do as i will change all words to another langauge after you finish say kia in your bid so i know your read the project the html you make should be exactly the same as i give u exactly like in the png file exaaaaaaaaaaaaaactly the same another thing the design is 1024 you need to change it to 1280 and it should fit in any pc resolution and i don't want the scroll for width to appear only good guys and serious and really really know the work it is very easy but still face a problem with it :)
