455709 simple iphone / android app

I need an app developed for the android marketplace & iphone app store a) all data comes from an existing website (XML format?) b) the app will have three buttons for: current interest rates & other financial feed data available real estate services contact details c) app to have free version and paid for version d) free version can only be downloaded 3 times - after that it is not downloadable e) VERY IMPORTANT - the app must be able to take name, phone # and email address data from the phone (part of the download agreement, similar to FB connect app asking for permission to pull data from your FB page) - or - pull data from your Google Android account details / iphone app store account details The whole purpose of the app is to give free data in return for the users name / phone / address details (which are hopefully stored in the phone).
