Thank you for your interest. Below is a high-level description of the project. We do have a formal scope/spec prepared for those developers who are interested, and meet our requirements.
- Mobile app with a total for 3 screens (usage summary, system status, registration)
- Embed shortcut to web browser in the app to open and access our web portal within the App.
- The App's main functions is to monitor wireless usage on the device (i.e. Voice minutes, data, SMS messaging, roaming status, GPS location, Mobile Country Code)
- This information will be sent to a web portal through a web service as xml file. The format of the xml will be provided.
- The App will send the XML logs at specific time intervals and events (Timer and events to be provided)
- Checks must be preformed before sending the data to make sure all information is collected and being sent.
- The App must be highly efficient on battery, data, and processing power
- The App must run in background and auto start
- Need for old versions of Blackberry and the new upcoming BB 10
- Must provide examples of Blackberry past works, and if possible and development of BB 10 apps
We are looking for a long term relationship with the chosen developer. We have more future phases for this project, and additional projects to be completed.
