Change Flash Source to be re-skinned + new features required

Ok i have bought a file from [login to view URL] and had it edited by the author to the way i wanted it to look (reskinned) here [login to view URL] - i want it reskinning again with some more features. I include an overview below of what i need doing and the screenshots and even a video to explain it. I have included also the psd which i have organized into groups. The winning bidder will have the source flash file sent over, the original dude is away for 4 weeks. -- Ok, i have simplyfied the player a little bit and it needs to be on a transparent background, ideally the flash video file will scale the graphics to suit but the sizing i have put it in is pretty much the size we will offer. So i have taken out the stream kps rate totally, not going to confuse people with that, as long as they can hear it that is all that matters! :) I've done an online state, so this is when the feed is active and when 1 person is tuned in at least - the click to listen in button will load the url we out in the xml file and load our external player. The bottom part will be the stream name, under it will be a scrolling part for the track that they are listening too - we should soften the edges (a mask?) so that is scrolls nicely back and forth if too big. For the offline graphic ([login to view URL]) (you can see i have made on/off states in the psd) - i'd like to show the unhappy face and the text and also change the button text to "when is it next?" - i'll need an option in the xml to allow me to put in a link, will probably be a js call to open up the event tab. Also on the bottom no stream name or stream text but just a static bit of text. Does this seem pretty straight forward? Video of me explaining what is required.. . [login to view URL]
