complete paypal integration with wordpress plug in

client requires minimal programming to charge visitors for reservations for a restaurant website. Most of this work is already done. Will require editing a plug in and code so customer can select which currency to use to make deposit payment with. USD or MXN. MXN is already integrated into the plug in, I can't reach the original programmer, plug in needs to operate on two seperate wordpress installations for Spanish and English on same site. English site is almost complete.
