Design our Shopperpress Template

Hello fellow freelancers, we are in need of a simple design to be completed for a wordpress shopperpress site. The template is uploaded, all that we need is to have our header added, body image added, as well as background image added, very simple, this should take an experienced person familiar with wordpress around 45 minutes.
