Create wordpress website from PSD

Hello, Wordpress expert needed. to create website from psd. the project conatain only 3 psd files. 1) For home page, the slider background will be static. and only the image will scroll inside. 2) the side bar form, is "newslater" I will provide HTML from 3d party service. some auto responder. you need to insert thet HTML code in to our design. 3) on regular pages, we will insert images. on click, images should open full size, in light box preview. 4) orange arrow at the bottom, is scroll to top anchor. im attaching screen shots. the work need fast. 80$ max bid.
