Change graphics on WordPress Template Home Page

I need someone with availability for the next 8-10 hours. The task is to change the graphics on the home page on this default WordPress template: [login to view URL] Attached is the design. Task need to be started as soon as bidder is selected since this home page needs to be shown for a presentation in 8-10 hours. At this moment I don't have ftp info but I have admin info for the wp admin so bidder should be comfortable in working from the wp-admin. The big picture will be a gallery which can be a plugin or whichever method is easier to put up a gallery in that spot. I will be getting ftp access in the next day so for now we can place a picture holder. Let me know if you have any questions.
