Cellphone App Mock up needed!

We are looking for a programmer/developer to create a mock-up of a cellphone application. The job would involve you integrating our aesthetic interface and data flows into a functional API. The API will consist of one home page, four category pages, and a series of subsequent category extension pages that will be database and link oriented. There will be several GUIs and dozens of database objects to create, coordinate and link together using MySQL, or a database program that will get the job done. We are looking for a person who can take an idea and make it workable on an iphone or android platform in a relatively short period of time. NDAs will be signed to ensure confidentialty. Upon completion of the project, contingent on the fact that you are a good fit with the company, there may be corporate consideration to hire full time employees willing to do some hard work for commensurate reward.
