Crystal Reports 7 w/ Windows 2003 Server

I recently transferred my intranet onto a new server (Windows 2003 Server Standard Ed.) from my old server (Windows 2000 Server). It uses a SQL database, and I have no problem viewing pages and accessing data. However, the Intranet uses Crystal Reports 7 to show reports. I can get to the point where a Crystal Report should launch, but then it just gives me an error saying page cannot be found, sometimes 404, others 405 error.

I have spoken with Tech Support @ Dell and they believe it's a simple .dll file issue. However, they could not solve it....I think I knew more than him, and I know next to nothing on Windows 2003 Server.

Please, someone who knows how to fix Crystal Reports or adjust the settings on the 2003 Server so that these reports will launch in a browser as done before.

I have tested the file location, and all files in that folder are recognized in a browser, except for the crystal report files (.rpt).

Please help.....
