Customize Existing Open Source Portable Software

We have a large, growing collection of freeware programs and it is getting harder to keep them organized and up-to-date. We want a coder to take the free, open source Portable Apps software platform and customize it for us so that we can add, delete, store, organize, auto-download, auto-update, and portably launch a number of portable freeware apps. Portable Apps already has a lot of these functions already built-in. We also want a simple search feature incorporated so that a user can search for software. We want the software to allow someone to test its full functionalities for 2 weeks and then have to purchase a license. Once the software is activated it should just work on its own without the internet. We also want the software to be bootable. PLEASE NOTE: MANY OF THE ABOVE FEATURES ARE ALREADY BUILT INTO THE OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE TOOL YOU WILL BE CUSTOMIZING/ADDING ON TO. HERE IS A LINK OF FEATURES --> [login to view URL] ## Deliverables Right now we are using Keratin to store/organize our list of freeware programs so that we can easily auto-update them. Once they are auto-updated, we then are able to launch the tools with PStart. We are hiring a coder to consolidate these functionalities into one easy-to-use interface using the Portable Apps open source model as the platform. I am attaching the .zip file that contains our initial setup of keratin, pstart, and some of our current list of freeware programs stored inside. The .zip also contains our logo for the software you are and a PSD of our website so you can draw inspiration in the design of the software you are building. We are having this built for computer techs to be able to put on a usb thumb drive and then plug the thumb drive in any client computer and access the software to repair the computer. Please note that I don't want the actual downloaded files for each program integrated, just the direct download link (like how I have it setup in Keratin in that .zip file I uploaded) so that users can then auto-download the software themselves when they use the software (this is important to comply with license agreements that prohibit distributing their software without permission). We would like 34 Categories down the right side of the software program. Each of the 193 software utilities listed below will be designated to 1 of the 34 categories. We want to make it easy for a user to simply click on a category on the right side and the software utility associated with that category appear in the middle section for easy deployment/downloading/updating/etc. A list of the categories, software titles, and scripts we want included are in a word document in the attached .zip file.
