Design an Iphone, ipad, and android app with a possible new upgraded website

I need a expert in iphone, ipad and android app developer who can help me design a new app for my website. [url removed, login to view]

I have video lectures on my website. Members have limited access to free videos which are available both on youtube and also my website. I have another video library which members have to pay to subscribe to be able to access. I want to create an app so that members can watch my sample free videos and then make a payment through their iphone, ipad and android phones to access the paid lectures video library.

2. Free Video library- these are youtube videos that members can watch for free anytime without a paid subscription. I will be adding about 30 videos from my YouTube channel.

3. Paid Video library tab- members must may a payment to be able to see videos in these tab. (this is very important). I will be receiving payments from members through this tab. After payment, the tab should unlock and allow members to watch all videos (in landscape format) on their iphones, ipad or android.
