I need a C# Winforms Application that can record video from 2 separate web cams at the same time. This app will also be required to playback the recorded videos, keeping them synced at all times, with a moving drag bar at the bottom so that the user can easily seek forward and backward on the playback. The playback screen must have one video window larger than the other with a button to switch them.
