Please let me know a bit more how you want to apply this strategy in your case - which prize are you going to promote (instead of Best Job)? At this time I expect to develop a website with the following features: - home page with the most voted items, recent items, etc - detailed voting page (more items with browse/search) - registration (allows both to vote and upload) - supported login with facebook, google, twitter etc - personal profile (avatar, about myself, why I am the best fit, demographic info) - upload an item for voting - item owner page - voting stats, external link generator etc It's just a first draft list, I am looking forward to discuss further. Hi, Will there be a limit on how many times a user may submit a video? Creating the site with the voting and video uploading features will be fine. However do you want to approve videos before allowing public to view or everyone can upload and publish? How do you want to select the winner? Based on total votes and shares or the admins will select? Will the user be able to customize their video page?
