From my previous experience, Role management is the important part of this kind of application. So, I think it is better if we will first try to prepare a flow diagram that how the application will work. My intention is to get the big picture from it. When we will have the clear picture that from which stakeholder/role is participating in which area of this application process we can make it correct easily. Normally, this application works in individual platform where clents use it for their internal management. But I am not sure you want to make the application for multiple admin or not where multiple admin can come buy the subscription and can use the tool, please confirm me. By the way, you want to make it under your exited system so this is important too check with your current source code as well. It would help me to identify where is the provition to integrate the new module. If there is no such provition then we will have to run it as an external module and will have to link from internal system. But this is not correct to comment on this from now as I am not clear with the requirement and the current system as well. Please give me the access to it as well.
