Please do NOT show sites illustrating DESIGN only at this point - FUNCTIONALITY is much more important. 6. Please show CMS and tech that will support my Requirements. I would also like to see Admin for CMS. 7. Please bear in mind that your CMS will have to support Management of PROPERTIES, AGENTS, USERS. I know Joomla, Drupal and CMS that can manage site layout and organisation. This site will require specific functionality for Property management 8. Please Reply with suggested Technology, Reasons for choice, Issues and Risks you can see, questions, and anything else to Demonstrate your understanding of the project. THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY DEVELOPED SIMILAR SITES ARE MOST LIKELY TO UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS. FOR THOSE THAT HAVE NOT, PLEASE TAKE TIME TO CONSIDER WHETHER YOU ARE CAPABLE AND HAVE THE RIGHT TECHNOLOGY TO DEVELOP THIS SITE. Many thanks to all.
