The design is not so complicated.
The general idea is very similar to Freelancer.com where there is a person that offers a service and there's another person who pays and receives the service.
I would like that every subscriber had a personal profile page where they introduce themselves and give the opportunity to people that are searching for the service to hire or chat with them. Profile pages will have many of the characteristics that Freelancer has in their's (ranking, experience, reviews etc.)
Two types of subscription page: one for the people who are searching a service and another, more complicated, for the people who offer the service.
I would like to make a payment where clients pay my company through the subscribers (people who offer the service) and then every week I pay them according on how many services they have accomplished. Subscribers can decide their own price per hour. I will get 20 % of every service they complete.
