We need two websites designed, which are focused on similar subjects. We are a system integrator in security domain. Our services include security from fire , theft , or intrusion. We install a set of components and sensors on the customer premise which are monitored from our central monitoring station.
Please do not confuse this with video surveillance.
So, about first website:
Why do we need website? what is its purpose? -- At this moment we do not want to drive any sale from website. Its actually for creating the right impact on the customer if he chooses to check our website. A decent, fast loading, simple website implies a reliable and trust worthy brand, someone , who can be taken seriously.
Just to give some idea about our services, you can refer the following link [login to view URL] and check out the companies in top 10 list. However, please do understand that unlike them, we do not want to drive sale via website, so we do not want to explain a lot about our packages, service bundles, or pricing on the website.
If possible, we would like to include the payment gateway in website, we do not want to do Account management (like users having their own login and password for their own account) but just payment, so, if a user want, they can provide their contract number, and other details to pay the fee, they do not have to have an account created on the website.
Colour theme, we want to stick to few signature colours, the logo includes red and black. so the theme should be based on that as primary colours, you will need to decide the secondary colours as well.
About second website:
This is for the company who just do strategic consulting, CIO advisory, and market research on Security domain. we have a team of experts and we provide our services mainly to business customers for any type of advises they may need in terms of running their business as security services or if they need security services.
Both the websites will be simple and fast loading, we do not expect website to do unnecessary cool stuff like click-less navigation, or anything which may look cheeky. Often simplest websites are best websites.
Now for this project, we are looking for content writer first! Someone who can research, research, research, then think and come up with the details about different tabs and really impressive content for each tab.
Once we have the content written and tabs decides, we will look for website developer and designer.

Please note that we also have one more open project about animation video which has been worked upon by a designer and we will prefer if they can come up with the website design part too, however, that may not be the case and we are on bit tight timelines here and thus looking for the right person.
