Create HTML from PSD's for Website interface for LOGIN, EDIT PROFILE and OTHERS

We have a PSD file that contains differente pages that are instances of login and profile inside a website (login page, password recovery page, user profile edition, etc): 13 pages in total. We need the functional HTML files of those 13 pages (only the HTML and display animations). We also provide an existing HTML so the freelancer can use as a base to generate the rest of the instances. Because the 13 isntances are part of a same website, it will be ideal if the freelancer delivers the project with all the pages LINKED in the correct way. Here I attach the JPG's as a sample of what we need in HTML. And we will provide the HTML for this link to be used as a base: [login to view URL] We need the freelancer to be neat and correct with the code because later, django code will be added to the html. Also, because the texts are in spanish, it will be a plus if the freelancer speaks or at least understands spanish. As you can see in the samples, most of the instances are similar, only some information will vary. And we will provide HTML for the base structure. We offer USD25 for the competion of the project.
