Convert a Template to a Website

We have a very robust template (that is based on Wordpress). We like the design of the template; however, we don't need 90% of its functionality. We need to convert that template into a few static files. In addition, those pages should display as mobile, when opened in a mobile device - once again, that can be lifted from the template, which has that functionality. Basically, we need to convert the existing static HTML site into the new template's design. There are 5-6 different types of pages and no more than 20 pages altogether. No back-end functionality is required. All the source files will be provided; as well as links to the old site and the functioning dummy site with the new template's design. What we will need from you is: New .html file for every corresponding page on the old site; New .html mobile file for every corresponding page on the site (of course, there should be automatic detection as to the device used by a particular visitor and the page should default to mobile or desktop, based on the device used); /images/ folder (which will be likely lifted from the new template) /scripts/ folder, should that be necessary (any javascript code that makes sure that drop-down menus work, etc., etc.)
