-I need a classifieds website created for rental property.
-Needs to have a search function where you can choose the Province,City,TYPE OF PROPERTY,PRICE
-Needs to have a landlord page where you can make an account and post your rental.
-The listings will be paid for either a single ad, or membership, so need a way to accept payment.
-The website must be able to accept registration/payment/and posting of ad instantly.
-I need the website to have a clean professional layout as i need to stand out from similar websites.
The website needs to be similar to this one [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], but I want it to look 10 times beter and to be 10 times easier to use.
