The freelancer has to work in close contact with the employer until such time the project is fully set up and functional.
The webstore has to be set up from the scratch, and the freelancer is expected to set up the products, email accounts, hit counter and affiliate links against the store, do search engine optimization using Godaddy, promote the site traffic to a desired level. In brief, the online store should be up and running with a reasonable traffic and affiliate links fully functional.
I do not expect this project to be completed in a hurry. The freelancer can take up to one month, working at his/her leisure, but in close coordination with me whenever a clarification is required.
A high degree of commitment, confidentiality, self-discipline, integrity and loyalty are expected of the freelancer, both before and after completion of the project, with reference to all aspects of the work awarded.
