I have just checked the websites that you provided and I believe I can do it in 10-15 days,however there is something that I would like to say. as an Expert in this field and my uncle is an expert also in this field (owns number 1 company in egypt in web designing) I believe that 3000$ for something like that is really a lot, I mean something like 1500$ seems more valid, and trust me , I am not saying that to get the job or something, just an advice.
