Hi i find this project very interesting, especially since it has a political background....but its job as any other else, make a wordpress website as per layout provided, which is the job i mostly do, but at the moment i am free to do another project like this. I am not allowed to post my previous work in my portfolio (i am under contract), bu ti can point you to live websites i created in the same manner as you ask yours to be done. Anyway, i am IT engineer, programmer if you wish, and i own LLC here in Serbia that deals with webdesign, so this is my regular job anyway, but i do it as a freelancer too..... if you decide to contact me and eventually award me this project, I expect to get some sort of brief for all pages, with clear instructions about elements dimensions, and also some photoshop or illustrator file or something like that, from which i can pick desired colors, or instructions to be included into the brief. I think that it all can be done in less then 7 days, but i am not sure since i dont know what is the content of other pages but ones that you attached here....but anyway, lets say 7 days, maybe we run into some communication delay. Hi, Your requirements are pretty clear and straightforward to implement. I'll use the latest stable WP release, if you want to target a specific version just let me know. By the way you have mentioned 16 pages in the description but there're only 5 of them so if there's anything complex among the others the deadline and my bid might change.
